This Privacy Policy describes how The Dental Media & Marketing LLC("CaseRecover", "we", "us") collects, uses, discloses, and protects information in connection with the website at caserecover.com and the CaseRecover services (the "Service").

  • Practice and patient data. Contact records, case notes, appointment metadata, and message history that you upload, sync, or generate while using the Service.
  • Communications data. The content and metadata of messages sent or received through the Service (SMS, email, voice transcripts, chat).
  • Usage data. Log data, device and browser information, IP address, pages viewed, and actions taken in the Service.
  • Cookies and similar technologies. Used for authentication, preferences, analytics, and product improvement.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to: (a) provide, maintain, and improve the Service; (b) authenticate users and prevent abuse; (c) send transactional and service-related communications; (d) train and tune AI models that operate within your account, using your data only to improve outcomes for your practice unless you have expressly authorized broader use; (e) comply with legal obligations; (f) with consent, send marketing communications you can unsubscribe from at any time.

3. SMS and Messaging Data

When you connect a messaging channel (such as A2P 10DLC SMS), we process the phone numbers, message content, and delivery metadata required to send and receive messages on your behalf. Carriers and messaging aggregators may also process this data to deliver the messages. Recipient opt-out requests (e.g., STOP) are honored and suppressed across the Service. Mobile information will not be shared or sold to third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

4. How We Share Information

We share information with: (a) service providers and subprocessors that help us operate the Service (hosting, analytics, messaging carriers, payment processors); (b) authorities when required by law or to protect rights, safety, or property; (c) successors in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy. We do not sell personal information.

We retain account and practice data for the duration of your subscription and for a reasonable period afterwards to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You can request deletion of practice data at any time, subject to legal retention requirements.
